    - 1 tank takes adds
    - dps teron down, then kill all adds
    - noone loots until all adds are dead

    Ok Teron Gorefiend (Health: 3,505,425) abilities:

    Summon Doom Blossom: Teron summons dark clouds called Doom Blossoms that randomly shoot players with bolts that hit for around 1450 shadow damage.

    Crushing Shadows: Targets 5 random players and applies a debuff that increases shadow damage taken by 60% for 15 seconds. Can be removed by invulnerability abilities.

    Incinerate: A debuff ability dealing 2775-3225 fire damage and 8325 damage over 3 seconds. It can and should be dispelled.

    Shadow of Death: Every 30 seconds Teron applies a debuff to a random player that lasts for 55 seconds. That player die after the debuff is expired and will turn into a ghost for 60 seconds. Cannot be used against the main tank.
    Ok, so Shadow of Death for who doesnt know is the thing that turns Teron one of most funny bosses around here (kinda sad is bugged on test realm but i will explain maybe they will fix it ...... maybe not )

    Shadow of Death phase:

    At the end of the 55 second duration of this debuff the player will die, transforming into a ghost and spawn a number of Shadowy Constructs around them. These Shadowy Constructs can only be killed by the player(ghosts) who has transformed into a ghost with the following abilities given to them.

    Spirit Volley: Cast time: Instant. 15 sec cooldown. Fires a concentrated volley of spirit energy, dealing 9900 to 12100 damage to all targets within 12 yards. Only usable on shadowy beings.

    Spirit Strike: 5 yd range. Cast time: Instant. A powerful strike that weakens the target, reducing the damage it deals by 10% for 5 sec.

    Spirit Lance 30 yd range. Cast time: Instant. Fires a burst of spirit energy at a single target, dealing 6175 to 6825 damage and halting its movement briefly. Targets hit by Spirit Lance will gradually regain mobility as the effect fades. Only usable on shadowy beings.

    Spirit Chains Cast time: Instant. 15 sec cooldown. Shackles nearby targets in chains of spirit energy, preventing all action for 5 sec. Any damage caused will break the effect. Only usable on shadowy beings.

    Spirit Shield: 40 yd range. Cast time: Instant. 1.5 min cooldown. Protects a friendly target with a barrier of spirit, absorbing 11400 to 12600 Shadow damage. Lasts 30 sec.

    If this works this phase will be cause of many wipes because almost every player will be turned in ghost and they/we need to learn how to kill this mobs fast before they reach raid, if the mobs reach raid -> wipe Smile

    So to resume a little:

    Teron himself has a relatively low amount of health and must be killed as quickly as possible. It's fairly standard tank and spank, he's not tauntable, but a good tank can control him rather easily. As usual, melee DPS must stand behind him to avoid increasing his attack speed by parries. 3-4 healers should be able to keep the tank up, the other healers should take care of the massive damage the raid takes (this is another fight where Chain Heal and Circle of Healing are very effective).

    Incinerate (the fire dot) must be dispelled as soon as possible, two Priests or Paladin dispellers should be predesignated.

    All damage enhancing, long-cooldown abilities like Bloodlust should be used as early as possbile after the tank has settled into an initial threat lead.
